Monitoring & Rebooting

Server monitoring is a very challenging duty for inexperienced VPS customers – you need to check how your VPS server is doing, to see if it is under excessive load, to check if all the services are running properly. It’s a duty that calls for constant attention, and you most probably do not have time to optimally handle this. That is why we suggest that we do the task on your behalf. If you take advantage of our Admin Services offer, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS and all the services running on it. That way you’ll have more time for your sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is necessary – one never knows when something could go wrong. And using the Admin Services option, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you being required to install or configure anything. What’s more all the backup copies are kept on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. Thus your hosted content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have absolute freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. But, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional configuration from you. This is when our Admin Services solution will help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – it means that you can literally hire one of our trained server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software app whatsoever that you need. And/or have him resolve a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an optional feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
